Chicken Burger Recipe
Today I like share a hot favorite dish among kids is Homemade Chicken Burger. Chicken Burger is prepared with Chicken mince which is marinated with various ingredients. This home style Burger is a very healthy recipe and you can add your favorite veggies of your choice.
Kids love eating fast food which is not very healthy, but if you make the same food at home in a healthy way, both mother and child will be satisfied. My son loves chicken and but not so very fond of vegetables. So I have added finely chopped veggies in this Chicken burger, which makes this Burger Healthy for kids. By this way you can make your kids having vegetable without knowing it.
In this Chicken Burger , I have add finely chopped carrot, capsicum and soy granules. You can add any vegetables of your choice. Learn How to make this Healthy Homemade Chicken Burger step by step.

Serves : 8 Burgers
Ingredients
Chicken boneless : 500 gms
Soy granules : 1 cup
Carrot : 2 medium size(finely chopped)
Capsicum : 1 (finely chopped)
Onion : 1 ( cut into cubes)
Ginger : 1 tsp finely chopped
Garlic : 1 tsp finely chopped
Egg : 2
Mixed herbs : 1 tsp
Salt : To taste
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
Burger bun : 8
Tomato : 1 ( cut into round slice)
Cucumber : 1 (cut into round slice)
Onion : 1 (cut into rings)
Butter : 2 tbsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise: 4 tbsp
American Mustard sauce : 2 tbsp
Cheese slice : 8
Vinegar : 1 tsp
Lettuce leaves : As needed ( i have not added as lettuce was not available but if you get it add this leaves)
Tooth pick : 8
Method
- Wash and clean the Chicken. Cut it into cubes. Add 1 tsp vinegar and keep it aside for 5 mins.
- Take a grinding jar. Add chicken cubes,onion cubes, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and soy granules. Add salt and pepper. Start grinding it till everything mixed properly.
- Then add chopped ginger and garlic, break the eggs onto the mixture and mixed herbs. Grind it again for 30 sec.
- Once the grinding is done. Take out the Chicken mixture on a plate. Wet your hand with water and form medium size ball with the mixture. Press it little to give the shape of Burger.
- Keep the Burgers in the refrigerator for 30 mins or you can wrap it with cling wrap and store it till you want to make the Burger. You can store it for 1 day in refrigerator.
- After 30 mins. Take out the burger from the refrigerator. Heat a pan , brush little oil. Add the Chicken Burger and fry the both the sides on a low flame. Cook till it turns brown on both the sides.
- Repeat this process for all the burgers. Once all the burgers are fried , keep it aside.
- Cut all the Burger Buns into half. Apply butter on each of the buns. Lightly toast them in pan.
- Now take one half of Bun, add lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, onion rings, 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp American mustard sauce and sprinkle little pepper powder.
- Add one Chicken Burger , one cheese slice and cover it with half of bun slice. Put Tooth picks from the top. Chicken Burger is ready to serve.
- Repeat this process for all the Chicken burgers. Serve this Chicken Burgers with homemade French Fries.
